A master of seller financing, Dakota became a millionaire at the age of 21, and intends to add another 800 units to his portfolio before 35.
Lisa Barrus

Lisa is an incredibly competent real estate investor with over 20 years of experience. Best known for purchasing (4) fourplexes for $100 out of pocket, she was called to serve on the Board of the Salt Lake Real Estate Investment Association for over 15 years. Lisa has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and is currently operating Equity South East Real Estate, as her own real estate brokerage.
